Site Notes

I created a new Google account called tbssfl@gmail.com and made them an owner of the site.  That way if I get run over by a bus or hit by a meteor others will be able to use that account to log in and manage the website. 

Carl Kidd and I have been experimenting with making shaky video smooth using Virtualdub.  Carl shot some rough video on Saturday and used the deshake filter to smooth out his video and then with some creative editing made a great video of the ride.  Carl's notes below:

Here is my attempt at making a video from today's ride. I shot it in 320x240 at 30fps. Due to the low resolution the quality isn't very good but I wanted to keep the file small. I use Virtualdud and Deshaker to steady the video and then compressed it with x264 compression. Below are the website where I downloaded the FREE programs. I hope to do better next time.

BTW..
..It only took me three hours to do this video! My computer room is becoming a "Giant Black Hole" ...once I go in I can't get out.
